Work Mode: Work from Office

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing multiple social media platforms, and driving audience engagement across the organization’s brands. This role requires creativity, consistency, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual and written content.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Create engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and carousels 

• Design simple yet visually appealing graphics aligned with brand identity 

• Manage and grow social media pages across multiple company accounts 

• Plan, develop, and maintain a structured content calendar 

• Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite and related tools 

• Monitor engagement and performance metrics to improve content effectiveness 

• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner 

• Stay updated with current social media trends and implement creative ideas 

• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and branding activities 

• Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing 

• Strong understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn 

• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines 

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is an advantage
