Consulting services for technical input related to Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB) with a human right based approach.

1. BACKGROUND

Mission East is a Danish international non-governmental relief and development organization working to help the vulnerable through relief aid, development assistance, the linking of relief, rehabilitation, and development, and through supporting communities’ capacity to organize and assist themselves. In Nepal, Mission East is working since 2007 A.D. for the people of Karnali and other districts of Nepal together with local NGOs.

Mission East is looking for the consultancy service for technical input related to freedom of religion or belief (FoRB) with a human right based approach. The main objective of this consultancy are Conduct baseline/study of (FoRB) based discrimination and prejudice in 2 rural municipalities namely Simkot and Namkha of Humla district, Develop/ contextualise a training manual on FoRB, considering existing materials such as the (FORB) Learning Platform, Conduct training to project partners and CSOs on (FoRB).
