About the Assignment

Right Here Right Now 2 (RHRN2) Nepal Coalition, comprising six CSOs (BBC, BDS, BYAN, CDS PARK, YARD, and YUWA), is seeking a qualified consultant (individual/team/firm) to design and deliver a capacity-strengthening training on "AI Integration in CSE and SRHR Interventions."

The training aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of coalition members to effectively apply Artificial Intelligence tools in advocacy, programming, and social impact work, particularly in the areas of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a 3-day interactive training module.
• Conduct a needs assessment to align with participant expectations.
• Cover practical AI tools, ethical considerations, risks, and opportunities in CSE & SRHR.
• Facilitate hands-on exercises, case studies, and group work.
• Submit a final training report with key learnings and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence applications and training.
• Strong understanding of CSE, SRHR, and gender justice.
• Demonstrated experience working with youth and CSOs using participatory methods.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English and Nepali.
