Consultancy Service for Final Evaluation and Endline Survey

Request for Proposal: Final Evaluation and Endline Survey of FCA’s three livelihood projects 

FCA is Finland’s largest international development organization. It operates in 13countries in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. FCA specializes in three thematic priority areas: Right to Livelihood, Right to Quality Education, and Right to Peace. 

FCA is seeking proposals from consultant firms for undertaking two separate assignments: 

a)  Final evaluation of three livelihood projects (April-July) 

b)  Endline survey of the same three projects (November-December).

The applicant consultant firm should send the submission package (as mentioned in the ToR) via email to nco.info@kua.fi with subject line as “Proposal submission for FCA project Final Evaluation and Endline Survey” no later than 12 April 2021. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified for further evaluation and selection.
