All our interventions in Nepal will be implemented under the umbrella of Climate Action, and Gender Equality will remain to be our cross-cutting commitments.

Consultancy for Urban vulnerability targeting guideline and fire risk assessment
DCA is a Danish International Development and Humanitarian organization working in South Asia, South East Asia, Africa, Central America and Europe. It is a faith-based, non-missionary organization that works for the poor, vulnerable and socially excluded communities and believes in life before death. Its work with development and relief aid strives to help the oppressed, neglected and marginalized groups to strengthen their possibilities to a life in dignity. In Nepal, DCA’s work focuses on active citizenship for accountable governance, resilient livelihood and sustainable food security and humanitarian response and disaster risk reduction.
This Terms of Reference (ToR) is developed to solicit technical support service from qualified consultant to develop documents (refer to Scope of Work) for urban disaster risk reduction (DRR) sector. DCA has been engaged in addressing urban challenges and reducing risks through different projects since 2015. These projects are either being led by DCA or in consortium with other organizations.
