Consultancy: Development of a Short-Animated Video on Safeguarding (in Nepali)

Background:

NEEDS Nepal, a Kanchanpur-based NGO established in 1999, has been actively involved in enhancing community resilience to natural disasters, specifically in the districts of Kanchanpur and Dadeldhura. As part of the “Strengthening Community Preparedness, Rapid Response and Recovery in Nepal” project, in partnership with Oxfam in Nepal, the project aims to improve disaster mitigation and preparedness in communities by strengthening Early Warning Systems (EWS), integrating local response mechanisms, and enhancing government and community disaster management capacities. Oxfam and NEEDS Nepal are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all program participants, especially vulnerable groups. To strengthen awareness and understanding of safeguarding principles, we aim to produce a short, animated video in Nepali with subtitles in English language that communicates key safeguarding messages in an accessible and culturally appropriate way.

NEEDS Nepal is looking for eligible service provider for the consultancy services:
