Practical Action Consulting invites applications for the position of Consultancy Business Development Lead. 

About the role

We are looking for a competent Consultancy Business Development Lead to provide strategic support to the Head of Practical Action Consulting – Asia and expansion of Practical Action Consulting in Asia. S/he is accountable to provide support to the overall areas of business development of the organization.  The core of this role is to successfully build/maintain relationships and secure funding from existing and potential funders/clients by timely and high-quality funding applications and reports ensuring donor compliance and contractual requirements.

About you

You have experience in of writing good proposals and winning consulting bids. You have a knowledge of international development scenarios and a good understanding of current donor trends and their implications on consulting organisations. You have good communication skills with fluency in English and Nepali languages. Work experience in fundraising in consulting organisations is desirable.
