We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated full-time employee for the position of the Computer Service Technician.

Summary

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair of computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Work onsite at client locations to provide IT support and services.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and security updates.
• Configure, manage, and support Office 365 applications (email, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and access permissions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain network connectivity, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and system changes.
• Maintain client IT asset inventory and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Provide user guidance and training on system usage and IT best practices.
• Adhere to company policies, IT standards, and security protocols while onsite.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in computer hardware/software troubleshooting and support.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 configuration and support.
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory user and group management.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
