GEYC-Nepal is a non-governmental organization basically involved in Health-Education and community development. To this intent, the organization is seeking efficient, motivated and experienced candidates of the following posts for SAMMAN Project which is going to be implemented in Nuwakot district with the partnership of CARE Nepal.

Job Summary
The Community Health Facilitator is responsible basically for conducting field level activities of the project in the assigned field area. H/She is responsible for the mobilization of target beneficiaries, implementation of activities in the field, to assist in evaluation, and advocacy of project in the field. H/She is responsible to collect data of keep record and report it to higher authority, and to arrange different training programme and raise awareness perform advocacy initiatives around RH and MNH and Family Planning issues in the district/municipal. H/She is responsible to assist sectoral coordination and networking in the district/municipal and work in team with a common goal of Strengthening Approaches for Maximizing Maternal, Neonatal, and Reproductive Health (SAMMAN) in Nuwakot District of Bagmati province Nepal.
Competencies:
Familiarity with mobilization process, service delivery system of GoN, experience in planning, Priority determination, conducting field level activities, recording and reporting, publication and dissemination, advocacy of MNH and RH issues, monitoring and evaluation and report writing skills and communication skill.
Qualifications:
- Certificate Level Passed in Medical Science/ Nursing or CMA/ANM passed with 3 years of relevant work experience in similar field.
- Excellent Report writing and communication skill
