Kamal Rug Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a long-established Tibetan rug manufacturer producing premium hand-woven carpets and antique furniture since 1980. We specialize in handmade wool, silk, hemp, and handloom rugs crafted with traditional techniques and careful craftsmanship.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relations & Order Processing Officer. This role involves managing client communication, processing orders, tracking weaving progress, coordinating internal departments, and handling international shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients.

Process orders accurately and keep well-organized records (Excel required).

Manage and organize emails through Gmail and Outlook (sorting, labeling, scheduling, follow-ups).

Track carpets in the weaving stage — noting that large rugs progress approx. 8–10 cm per day.

Update weaving progress logs and coordinate regularly with the weaving and production teams.

Department Coordination:

Coordinate across multiple departments, including:

Suppliers

Yarn Manager

Dyeing Department

Design Team

Weaving Section

Finishing/Quality Control Team

Ensure timely updates on yarn supply, dyeing status, supplier deliveries, and production timelines.

Provide accurate and timely production updates to clients.

Shipping Coordination:

Handle international shipping communication with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and freight forwarders.

Prepare shipping documents, track parcels, and ensure smooth and timely dispatch.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (required).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Gmail, and Outlook.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Knowledge of the carpet industry is a bonus.

Reliable, hardworking, and able to support multiple departments.

Salary & Growth Structure:

Starting Salary: NPR 25,000 (1-month paid trial).

Within 1 Year: Salary can increase to NPR 25,000 – 30,000 based on performance, learning speed, and accurate record-keeping.

Second Year: Salary can increase to NPR 35,000 – 45,000, depending on responsibility, coordination skills, and efficiency.

Third Year: Salary can reach NPR 50,000 – 60,000 for consistently strong performance and reliability.

All increments are strictly performance-based.

Additional Benefits:

Yearly company bonus — activated after 1 year.

Dashain bonus — activated after 1 year.

Personal performance bonus during Dashain only — can be given at Dashain time (no activation period).

24 days paid holidays per year, dispersed across national festivals and breaks (e.g., Dashain, Tihar, and other holidays).

PF (Provident Fund) included for long-term savings and retirement security.
