Nepal Team is looking for a proactive Partnership Manager to join our team. We are looking for candidates based in Nepal who are ready for a full-time commitment and want to grow in the digital marketing industry.
Your Responsibilities:
Partner Acquisition: Identifying and recruiting new partners.
Sales & Negotiation: Pitching our offers and closing deals with partners.
Relationship Management: Maintaining high-quality communication to ensure long-term cooperation.
Compensation: 55,000 - 65,000 NPR + KPI/Bonuses. (We’ve adjusted the range to attract top talent!).
Training: We provide onboarding and training to get you up to speed.
Flexibility: Full-time remote work, following the Nepal Time Zone (Day Shift).
Probation Period: 2-3 months (to ensure we are a perfect match).

Experience: You have a background in Sales.
Languages: You are fluent in Nepali and have English at a B2 level (essential for international communication).
Tech Savvy: Strong PC skills.
Education: University degree.
Resilience: You are not afraid of rejection and are motivated by hitting targets.
