Suncity Apartment Welfare Society hereby invites sealed quotations from eligible and experienced elevator service companies for the Elevator Control System Modification & Repairing Work of an existing Thyssenkrupp Elevator installed at Suncity premises, Kathmandu.

Project: Elevator Control System Modification & Modernization

Elevator Brand: Thyssenkrupp

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

SCOPE OF WORK (BRIEF)

• Supply and installation of new VVVF drive with encoder (closed-loop control)
• Replacement of elevator control electronics and boards
• Installation of new LCD COP & LOP panels
• Control wiring, programming, testing, and commissioning

(Detailed scope and BoQ will be provided to interested bidders)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Registered company in Nepal
• Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator installation/modernization
• Prior experience with Thyssenkrupp or equivalent elevators preferred
• Valid PAN/VAT and company registration certificates and tax Clearance certificate.

BID SUBMISSION DETAILS

Mode of Submission: Sealed quotation

Bid Validity: Minimum 90 days

Bid Amount: 3% of Estimated amount
