CALL FOR PROPOSAL TO

CONDUCT EVALUATION OF IHSP PROJECT

United Mission to Nepal (UMN) has been serving the people of Nepal since 1954. UMN is implementing the Improving Health Care System of Bogatan Project (IHSP) in Doti district, in partnership with its local partner, Centre for Equal Access for Development (CEAD Nepal). This evaluation aims to assess the project against the DAC criteria and UMN’s cross-cutting themes, and to identify lessons and practical actions that can inform the next phase of the project and/or other UMN projects.

All interested and experienced consulting firms and individuals who meet the requirements and qualifications are encouraged to apply. UMN will give priority to consultants who have a good understanding and experience of Nepal’s government health system, reproductive health, adolescent sexual and reproductive health and WASH, and who have previously evaluated integrated health projects. The application must be submitted to UMN by 17 August 2025.
