CALL FOR PROPOSAL

One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is an International Non-governmental Organization that has been working in the area of maternal and child health for the past ten years. OHW has been in Nepal since 2011 supporting MOH to strengthen the district health system to improve maternal and neonatal health services across entire districts where it worked. We are implementing OHW’s approach of Network of Safety for mothers and newborns in thirteen districts and are in the process of scaling in the newer districts in the coming years.

OHW requests for ‘Call for Proposal’ for following services from locally registered agencies:

1. Baseline Study in OHW working districts:

The survey aims to determine the numbers of maternal and neonatal deaths in the past 3 years and the status of maternal and neonatal health status and service utilization. The baseline survey will be conducted in 3 districts in 2019 and 3 districts in 2020.

The research agencies are required to submit their technical and cost proposals in separate sealed envelopes along with Organization Profiles, Organization Registration Copy, VAT Registration Copy, and Latest Tax Clearance Certificate. The signed and stamped proposals ( hardcopy) must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked “ Technical Proposal for Baseline Study ” and “ Cost Proposal for Baseline Study ” during office hours at the following address by 5:00 PM 18 October 2019 :

2. Renovation work:

Small Scale renovation work which includes painting, tiling, aluminum, plumbing, furniture works for Training Hall at Thapathali Maternity Hospital KTM. Approx. plinth area 434.06 sq.ft.

Firms/ Contractors having experience of similar type of project who are registered in the relevant field are required to submit their Company Profile, certified copy of Company's licenses, Organization Registration copy, VAT Registration Copy, and Latest Tax Clearance Certificate with the sealed quotation form.
