Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA-NEPAL) is an international humanitarian organization. ADRA works in more than 135 countries around the world and is working in Nepal since 1987 with its Health interventions, Economic Development and Livelihood, Education and Disaster Risk Management activities.

In this context, ADRA Nepal is currently updating the list of suppliers and Consultants for various goods and services/ works. ADRA Nepal invites applications from interested and eligible suppliers, professionals willing to supply following goods and services.

ADRA-NEPAL invites “Expression of Interest” (EoI) along with relevant services detail.

Location- Province 1, Madesh, Bagmati, Gandkai, Lumbani and Suderpachim,

1. Vehicle Hiring services -Inside Kathmandu Valley, Mohattari, Janakpur, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi, Chitwan, Pokhara, Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, Rolpa, Nagarkot and Dhulikhel
2. Domestic/International Air Ticketing and Facilitation on visa processing.
3. ICT Supplies- (Computer, Laptop, Printer, Mobile phones, Photocopy Machine, Cartridge, and other IT accessories)
4. IT services- (Networking and Repair & Maintenance)
5. Insurance- Provide medical/accidental insurance to ADRA Nepal staff/dependent ADRA Nepal property/equipment.
6. Furniture and furnishings- Office Chairs, Table, Cupboard, sofa covers, Curtains etc)
7. Office Supplies- Stationeries and Consumables 
8. Printing and publication- (Banners, Visiting Card, Notebook, Pen, Annual report, T-shirts, Cap, Bags etc.)
9. Maintenance- (Carpentry, Plumbing, Water supply, Electrical maintenance, Backups and generators).
10. Hotel services- meeting/workshop/seminar hall including food and accommodation) inside Kathmandu Valley, outside Kathmandu valley and in the districts of Mohattari, Janakpur, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi, Chitwan, Pokhara, Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, Rolpa, Nagarkot and Dhulikhel

Interested companies having experience with sufficient experience working with INGOs and NGOs in providing goods and services as listed above are invited to submit an application in sealed envelope or email clearly marked as 

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI) for Vendor Enlistment for 2023/25

Suppliers interested in being added to our list to participate in future procurement processes and/or in signing framework contracts can apply with the following supporting documents no later than 10 April 2023.

• Application letter 
• Company profile no more than 3 pages 
• CVs of Team members for Consultancy and Auditing service including list of clients
• Company registration, 
• VAT/PAN registration
• Reference letter at least 3 with INGOs and NGOs or others if any 
• Tax clearance certificate FY 2077/78

Only interested vendors are encouraged to submit their EOI in hard or soft copies at our office Sanepa or can be emailed to tenders@adranepal.org before 10th April 2023.
