The Nucleus for Empowerment through Skill Transfer (NEST) is a professional Nepali Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), established in 2003 by the former Rural Development Center (RDC) of the United Mission to Nepal (UMN). NEST operates with a strong conviction that skill transfer is a powerful tool to combat poverty and contribute to building a just and inclusive society.

Through the implementation of various development projects and by providing technical services to different organizations, NEST remains committed to improving the socioeconomic status and dignity of poor and socially excluded communities across Nepal. NEST has partnered with over 250 organizations to implement projects and provide training and technical services.

This notice is published with the objective of creating a roster of qualified individuals to support NEST’s ongoing and future activities. The roster will serve as a pool of professionals whose biodata may be utilized, as needed, for various consultancy services, projects, trainings, and other human resource requirements. Registered consultants will be given priority consideration for relevant assignments.

Please note that submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) does not guarantee automatic selection or inclusion in the approved roster. NEST will contact shortlisted consultants on a need basis.
