Flash Flood Emergency Response

Street Child of Nepal invites eligible Nepal-registered NGOs to express their interest in supporting the delivery of the Bhotekoshi Flash Flood Emergency Response Project in Dhading, Rasuwa and Nuwakot.

Applicants should have functional networks and operational capacity in the proposed working areas, together with a demonstrated record of delivering emergency assistance, recovery initiatives, and community-focused programmes.

How and When to Apply

Organizations must submit their complete application no later than 5:00 p.m. Nepal Time on 22 September 2026.

Applications should be emailed to operations.nepal@street-child.org with the subject line: EOI – Flash Flood Response 2026. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Eligibility Evidence

Each applicant must provide documents confirming that it:

• Has relevant experience managing disaster-response and recovery projects.
• Has formally approved policies for financial management, human resources, procurement, supply-chain operations, and related organizational functions.
• Is legally registered and currently affiliated with the Social Welfare Council.
• Holds a valid PAN registration.
• Has completed statutory audits for fiscal years 2079/80, 2080/81, and 2081/82.
• Possesses a valid tax-clearance certificate for fiscal year 2081/82.

Application Requirements

The submission must contain:

• An official signed/stamped application letter.
• The completed Annex 1 EOI Submission Form.
• Copies of all documents required under the eligibility checklist.

Note: Selection of a partner will be subject to confirmed donor financing and any necessary approval from the competent authorities. Street Child of Nepal may accept or decline any submission, discontinue the process, or decide not to establish a partnership, without being required to provide reasons.
