CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Shechen Karuna (SK) invites applications from qualified individual consultants or firms for the Consultancy Service for Development of a Training of Trainers (ToT) Manual on Farmers Group Mobilization. The assignment aims to develop a practical, inclusive, and user-friendly training manual in Nepali to strengthen farmer group formation, mobilization, governance, facilitation, and sustainable agricultural development. The consultancy includes stakeholder consultations, manual development and validation, facilitation of a five-day residential ToT in Ruby Valley, and printing of 100 copies of the finalized manual. The assignment must be completed within two months from the date of contract signing.

Interested applicants are requested to submit an application letter, technical proposal, separate financial proposal, updated CV(s), relevant experience, samples of previous work (if available), and applicable registration and tax documents. The financial proposal should include the costs of conducting the residential ToT and printing the manuals.
