CALL FOR ANNUAL VENDOR ROSTER FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/26

FIAN Nepal is updating annual vendor roster for the year 2025/26. Interested and qualified suppliers, firms, companies and individual consultants for having experiences in the following areas are requested to submit applications.

1.Goods service required: Stationery items: Training/workshop and regular materials, Toner and cartridge: Photocopier, Printer and Labeling Machine. Vehicle hire: Various areas/districts all of FIAN Nepal program areas; (Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali & Sudurpaschim province). Air ticketing, Courier service, Hoarding board, etc. Furniture & Fixing. Printing & Publications, Design and Production of visibility materials. Videography, video editing service: Professional cameramen, Drone, Video editing/compilation. Advertising Agency: National Newspapers, Online Services, Jobs Portal. Hotel, Guest House and Training Venue: For accommodation, residential and non- residential workshop/training programme in different location: Various areas/districts all of FIAN Nepal program areas; (Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali & Sudurpaschim province). Maintenance, Servicing and installation. Vehicle maintenance and servicing. Computer and IT Accessories & General Repair and Maintenance office equipment and building. Grocery items: Toiletries and cleaning materials: Kitchen materials: Tea Bag, Coffee, Sugar, Milk Powder, Water Jar, Gas/Cylinder, etc.

2. Consultancy/Expert service required: Climate vulnerability Assessment, Mapping implementation status of SDG 2 from right to food perspective, Assessment on effectiveness of Agri-subsidy to the farmers, Study on food & nutrition security situation from right to food perspective, Conduct assessment of local seed system of Palika, etc.

Please send EOI along with valid Firm/Company registration certificate (Company registrar /Department of Cottage & Small Industries and municipalities), VAT/PAN registration certificate and latest tax clearance certificate of FY 2080/81 or tax extension letter of this FY 2081/82.EOI and supporting documents can be submitted via email to info.procurement@fiannepal.org or by physically dropping them at our office on or before 11th September 2025 by 5 PM.
