Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)

AMDA-Multisectoral and Integrated Development Services (AMDA-MINDS) is a Japanese NGO. Currently it is implementing projects in Nepal, Myanmar, Niger, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Madagascar, Honduras and Guatemala. In Nepal, AMDA-MINDS has been implementing health and livelihood related projects in different parts of the country, in support of MoFA-Japan and other donors. AMDA-MINDS is now planning for a new health project in Kailali District. For the implementation of this project, AMDA-MINDS seeks a partner organization and calls for Expression of Interest (EOI) from local NGOs. 

Eligibility Criteria for an Organization to be Considered a Potential Partner:

The organization should be legally registered in Kailali District Administration Office and affiliated with SWC as per the prevailing Law of Nepal Government.

• The organization should have yearly financial audits, timely renewed organization certificate and tax exemption certificate.
• The organization should have good reputation and relationship with stakeholders.
• The organization should have an active and inclusive executive board with no preferential treatment for the board members.
• The organization should have clear bylaw, policy and procedure with a working strategy. 
• The organization should have a transparent financial system.
• The organization should have at least 2-year experience in health projects partnering INGOs.

Interested Organizations to work in partnership with AMDA-MINDS should forward an EOI in the sealed envelopment by 21st March 2021, 5 PM as per EOI detailed guidelines to the address below. The envelope should be clearly marked with “EOI- AMDA-MINDS Nepal Office.”
