Call for expression of interest (EoI): Supply, installation and hosting of the automation works in Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC) - Lahan branch office, Lahan municipality

WaterAid is an international not-for-profit organisation, established in 1981, determined to make clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene practices normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. We change millions of lives every year, working in 26 countries to provide clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene. WaterAid has been working in Nepal since 1987. We team up with local partners, technical experts, governments, and communities to support the delivery of integrated WASH services and hygiene behaviour change programmes in hard-to-reach communities, helping to transform lives. 

Competency required: 

The bidder must demonstrate their technical and organizational capacity to successfully execute the assignment in full compliance with the Terms of Reference (ToR), technical specifications, , and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) within the stipulated timeframe. Clear evidence of capability should be provided, including but not limited to completion certificates for similar projects, details of qualified human resources, and relevant experience. Furthermore, the bidder shall undertake responsibility for a one-year defect liability period, ensuring timely maintenance and functionality of the deliverables in accordance with agreed quality standards.

The proposal submission date is at the latest by 23 December 2025. There will be a Pre-Bid meeting on 15 December 2025, which will be informed through email. Therefore, interested agencies are requested to submit their interest in the pre-bid meeting through email nepal-procurement@wateraid.org by  12 December 2025.
