Call for Consultancy for delivering Vocational Training and Employment Services

KDC Nepal, SAHAS Nepal and HURAC Nepal has been implementing Socio-Economic Empowerment with dignity and sustainability (SEEDS) program in partnership with StrommeFoundation at Pyuthan and Rolpadistrict since 2019. The program focuses on strengthening civil society, improving quality education and creating livelihoods and jobs opportunities with the objective to improved well-being and dignified life of target families. Marginalized and deprived households are more focused and empowered by the means of education, livelihood and advocacy on their rights. Furthermore, creating best livelihood option is a part to increase their income and improved quality life style. Thus KDC Nepal, SAHAS Nepal and HURAC Nepal intends to implement TVET in joint collaboration. Meanwhile technical skill training certified by NSTB (as defined in TOR) is planned in provision to job placement and self-employment. Therefore, this notice is published to invite qualified Training and employment service providers to submit the proposal within the 7 days (28th September 2021) of notice published. The detail TOR is available on request

Key Competencies

• At least 3 years of proven track record of conducting CTEVT-certified vocational training programs of minimum 390 hrs,
• High preference to those having knowledge about TVET 
• Experience on providing training with job placement and employment (with evidence)
• Innovative ideas and skill in mobilizing youths and participants for their better employment

Required Documents

• Proposal Submission Deadline- 28th September 2021 
• Required Documents- 
  • Duly registered at the Office of the Company Registrar,
  • PAN and VAT registration,
  • Affiliated with CTEVT for the short-term training including renewal,
  • Have at least 3 years of proven track record of conducting CTEVT-certified vocational training programs of minimum 390 hrs,
  • Tax clearance certification
• If any documents/information is not available or not applicable, the reason(s) must be clarified in the proposal form. Assigned team from KDCN, SAHAS and HURAC will have the right to disqualify the proposals from the selection process if the proposal submission guideline has not been followed. 
• The proposal shall be submitted both in sealed envelopes and via email or can be post in below address

Nepali organization/consulting firm or consultant meeting the above minimum qualifications are requested to submit a proposal and estimated budget and other required information to seeds.tvet@gmail.com or Group Of Helping Hands (SAHAS) Nepal Office, Sunil Smriti Rural Municipality -2 Khungri Rolpa by 28th September 2021. Only selected training and employment service providers will be contacted.
