Business Development Officer

Job Specification

• Identify potential business opportunities for the organization.

• Stay informed and regularly updated on consulting opportunities or projects funded by various donor agencies within the assigned sector(s), and make necessary preparations in advance.
• Communicate and coordinate with potential international and domestic consulting firms regarding consulting projects in the assigned sectors.
• Identify and collaborate with the most suitable international or domestic consulting firm(s) possessing relevant consulting experience, strong human resources, and sound financial capacity.
• Accompany and coordinate with international partners during their visits to clients and related organizations.
• Identify and engage qualified local resource personnel for proposed projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with resource consultants as well as potential national and international partner firms.
• Prepare and submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and technical and financial proposals.
