WorldLink Communication is seeking for energetic and career oriented applicants for the above mentioned position.
Job Description:
1.Coordinate with members of office and concerned at Head Office for fulfilling their requirement, taking care for their comfort, working space and etc
2.Counseling incoming visitors and forwarding their query to respective department.
3.To maintain up to date Inventory record for items received & issued
4.Coordinate with different persons/departments at Head Office to fulfill Branch Office's need and requirement.
5.Carry out accounts related activities.
6.Using internal application software, mobilize the present field CSR according to the information from Head Office.
7.Briefing customers about our product when no marketing resources are available.
Job Specification:
1.Bachelors in management with 1 year of experience.
2. Fluency in English and Nepali - written and spoken
3. Ability to work in team
4. Ability to maintain cooperative relationship with other employees and those contacted in the course of the work
5. Computer skills with knowledge of Email/Internet
