Auction Notice

CARE Nepal is inviting bids from all interested parties for the auction of the following items.

Note: 

• For vehicle: The successful bidder should bring a letter from the Transport Department stating that the vehicle is removed from the record of registration record of the Nepal Government.
• All costs associated with the disposal of the vehicle and different items should be borne by the bidder.
• All the measures to be taken to protect the environment and other hazardous activities at the time of disposal and that is the complete responsibility of successful bidders and CARE does not bear any financial and social responsibility coming out of it.

The above vehicle and different items will be available for inspection from 12 PM to 4 PM, on Wednesday 20th September 2023 at the CARE Nepal office, Jhamshikhel, Lalitpur.

Please note that the vehicle and different items will be sold on an “as-is” and “where-is” basis with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied as to the condition of the vehicles.  All bidders must deposit NPR 25,000.00 for the vehicle and NPR 10,000.00 for each LOT of different items as a security deposit at the front desk. The security deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders within 10 days. There will be “no refunds” made after payment for the above vehicle and each LOT of different items. All bids must be sealed and submitted to:

No later than 12 PM on Thursday 21st September 2023 marked “BID for AUCTION OF VEHICLE” or “BID for AUCTION OF DIFFERENT ITEMS” in the Auction Form.

Note: Auction form to be collected from CARE Nepal office during inspection of the vehicle and different items (Other than vehicle). The successful bidder will be notified by 4 PM on Thursday 21st September 2023 and is required to pay the total bid amount by Friday 22nd September 2023 and thereafter, must remove the different items from the CARE premises. 

In case of vehicle, the successful bidder should bring a letter from the Transport Department stating that the vehicle has been removed from the record of registration record of the Nepal Government and deposit slip as evidence of full amount deposited within a week from the date of bid confirmation. A security deposit for unsuccessful bidders will be returned within 10 days. CARE Nepal bank account details will be provided to the winning bidders.

If the successful bidder rejects the offer, the security deposit will be forfeited.

CARE Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject the bids.

पुराना मालसामान लिलाम बिक्रीका लागि बोलपत्र आह्वानको सूचना

केयर नेपालले तल उल्लिखित विवरणअनुसारका सवारी साधन र अन्य जिन्सी मालसामानहरूको लिलाम बिक्रीका लागि बोलपत्र पेश गर्न आह्वान गर्दछ ।

जानकारी:

• सवारी साधनका लागि: सफल बोलपत्रदाताले यातायात विभागबाट नेपाल सरकारको दर्ता अभिलेखबाट सवारी साधन हटाइएको भनी खुलाउने यातायात विभागको पत्र ल्याउनुपर्नेछ ।
• सवारी साधन र अन्य जिन्सी मालसामानको डिस्पोजल गर्दा लाग्ने सबै खर्च बोलपत्रदाताले बेहोर्नुपर्नेछ ।
• सफल बोलपत्रदाताले डिस्पोजलका समयमा वातावरण संरक्षण र अन्य जोखिमपूर्ण गतिविधिहरूका लागि अपनाउनुपर्ने सबै सुरक्षाका उपायहरू अपनाउनुपर्नेछ । यसबाट उत्पन्न हुने आर्थिक र सामाजिक दायित्व केयर नेपालले वहन गर्नेछैन ।

माथि उल्लिखित सवारी साधन र विभिन्न जिन्सी मालसामानहरू २०८० असोज ३ गते (२०२३ सेप्टेम्बर २०), बुधबारका दिन दिउँसो १२ बजेदेखि ४ बजेसम्म  ललितपुरको झम्सीखेलस्थित केयर नेपालको कार्यालयमा निरीक्षणका लागि उपलब्ध रहनेछ ।

उल्लिखित सवारी साधन र जिन्सी मालसामानहरू जहाँ जस्तो अवस्थामा छ त्यस्तै र त्यहीँबाट लिलाम बिक्री गरिनेछ । सवारी साधानको अवस्थाको सम्बन्धमा कुनै ग्यारेन्टी वा वारेन्टी रहनेछैन । सबै बोलपत्रदाताहरूले सवारी साधनको लागि २५ हजार रूपैयाँ र विभिन्न जिन्सी मालसामानको प्रत्येक लटका लागि १० हजार रूपैयाँ धरौटी रकम फ्रन्ट डेस्कमा जम्मा गर्नुपर्नेछ । असफल हुने बोलपत्रदाताहरूको धरौटी रकम १० दिनभित्र फिर्ता गरिनेछ । उल्लिखित सवारी साधन र जिन्सी मालसामानको प्रत्येक लटका लागि भुक्तानी भइसकेपछि “कुनै रकम फिर्ता हुनेछैन” । सबै बोलपत्रहरू सीलबन्दी गरी २०८० असोज ४ गते (२०२३ सेप्टेम्बर २१) १२ बजेभित्र खाममा “सवारी साधानको लिलाम बिक्रीका लागि बोलपत्र” वा “विभिन्न जिन्सी मालसामानका लागि बोलपत्र” लेखेर तल उल्लेख गरिएको ठाउँमा पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।

जानकारीः लिलाम बिक्रीसम्बन्धी फाराम सवारी साधन र अन्य जिन्सी मालसामानको निरीक्षणको समयमा केयर नेपालको कार्यालयबाट प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ । सवारी साधनको बाहेक सफल बोलपत्रदातालाई सन् २०२३ सेप्टेम्बर २१, बिहिबार, दिउँसो ४ बजे सम्म सूचित गरिने छ । बोलपत्रमा उल्लेख गरिएको कबोल रकम सन् २०२३ सेप्टेम्बर २२, शुक्रबार सम्म भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्नेछ र त्यसपछि लिलाम भएको जिन्सी मालसामान केयर नेपालको परिसरबाट उठाई लैजानु पर्नेछ ।

सवारी साधनको हकमा सफल बोलपत्रदाताले यातायात विभागबाट नेपाल सरकारको दर्ता अभिलेखबाट सवारी साधन हटाइएको भनी खुलाउने यातायात विभागको पत्र ल्याउनुपर्नेछ र बोलपत्र पास भएको मितिबाट एक हप्ताभित्र सवारी साधनका लागि कबोल गरिएको रकम पूरै जम्मा गरेको भौचर ल्याएर प्रमाणको रूपमा पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ । असफल बोलपत्र दाताहरूको धरौटी रकम १० दिनभित्र फिर्ता गरिने छ । सफल बोलपत्रदाताहरूलाई केयर नेपालको बैंक खाता विवरण उपलब्ध गराइने छ । 

सफल बोलपत्रदाताले प्रस्ताव अस्वीकार गरेमा, धरौटी रकम जफत गरिनेछ ।

बोलपत्रहरू स्वीकृत गर्ने वा नगर्ने अधिकार केयर नेपालसँग सुरक्षित रहेको छ ।
