Public Awareness Campaign Nepal (PAC Nepal), is a service-oriented nonprofit making and non-government organization (NGO) established in 2067 BS. It was initiated by local youths and artist of Janakpur. Its lead by youth and woman Persons.It emphasesawareness raising to Dalit, women, youth, indigenous, people with disability and other backward ethnic groups like elderly people, pregnant and lactating women, and single women through different innovative awareness approaches like community mobilization, mass mobilization, online and print media mobilization; social behavior change campaign, audio/video jingles/programs design, development, and dissemination and capacity development of beneficiaries, stakeholders, and local governments for empowering them and enable them to claim their rights and entitlements. In addition to that, as a pioneer organization, it has been working in the sector of Gender Based Violence, education, child protection, health, safer migration, agriculture, WASH, community kitchen for feeding COVID survivor, emergency support including COVID-19 pandemic and livelihood.

1. Background
Public Awareness Campaign Nepal (PAC Nepal) is a women- and youth-led, non-profit organization established in 2067 BS in Janakpur. The organization works with marginalized and vulnerable communities of Madhesh Province, focusing on rights awareness, community empowerment, and inclusive development. Its key target groups include Dalits, women, youth, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable populations.
PAC Nepal works across multiple sectors, including public health, education, gender-based violence (GBV), child protection, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), climate change, livelihoods, and disaster risk reduction (DRR). The organization applies innovative community- and media-based approaches and collaborates closely with government bodies and development partners. Over the years, PAC Nepal has partnered with several national and international donor agencies.
Currently, PAC Nepal is implementing projects with the support of Welthungerhilfe (WHH) in the livelihoods sector, Good Neighbors International Nepal in health and WASH, and Lutheran World Federation in the livelihoods sector. These projects are being implemented in Dhanusha, Mahottari, and Siraha districts of Madhesh Province.
2. Purpose of the Notice
The purpose of this Annual Procurement Notice (APN) is to invite eligible, qualified, and interested vendors, suppliers, service providers, and contractors to register and express their interest for providing goods, services, and works to PAC Nepal during the mentioned fiscal year.
3. Categories of Procurement
Interested vendors may apply for one or more of the following categories:
- Supply of office stationery and printing materials
- IT equipment and accessories
- Training and workshop logistics (venue, food, accommodation)
- Vehicle rental and transportation services
- Construction and minor infrastructure works
- Consultancy and professional services
- Communication, media, and documentation services
- Different types of printings like (Flex banner, Poster pamphlet, Notebooks etc).
- Different types of Agri tools and Agri inputs, seeds and fertilizers.
- Health Related items/ Equipments
- Any other relevant goods or services
4. Eligibility Criteria
Interested vendors must:
- Be legally registered under the prevailing laws of Nepal.
- Have a valid PAN/VAT registration.
- Have at least [1–2] years of relevant experience.
- Have no record of blacklisting by any government or donor agency.
- Be willing to comply with NGO procurement policies and ethical standards.
5. Submission of Documents
Interested vendors are requested to submit the following documents:
- Company/firm registration certificate.
- PAN/VAT registration certificate.
- Latest tax clearance certificate. 2081.82
- Company profile with relevant experience (If Available).
- Contact details (address, phone number, email).
6. Deadline and Submission Method
Applications must be submitted on or before 04 March 2025.
