यस संस्था मधेश मानव अधिकार गृह (माहुरी होम) र पीस व्रिगेडस इन्टरनेशनल नेपाल (PBI Nepal) को संयुक्त साझेदारीमा सञ्चालित “संरक्षण परियोजना” अन्तर्गत कपिलवस्तु, दाङ र बाँके जिल्लाको बुद्धभूमि नगरपालिका, राप्ती गाउपालिका र बैजनाथ गाँउपालिकामा अल्पसंख्यक तथा सीमान्तकृत समुदायहरूको मानव अधिकार संरक्षण, न्यायमा पहुँच, क्षमता अभिवृद्धि तथा सामाजिक समावेशीकरणका क्षेत्रमा विभिन्न गतिविधिहरू सञ्चालन गर्दै आएको छ । सोही सम्वन्धमा परियोजना कार्यान्वयन अवधिको अन्तिम चरणमा पुगेको हुनाले परियोजनाको प्रभावकारिता, सान्दर्भिकता, उपलब्धि, चुनौती, सिकाइ तथा भावी सुधारका सम्भावित क्षेत्रहरूको मूल्याङ्कन गर्ने उद्देश्यले अन्तिम मूल्याङ्कन (Final Evaluation) सञ्चालन गर्न लागिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको लागि यो सूचना प्रसारण गरिएको हो ।

मूल्याङ्कनका क्रममा मूल्याङ्कन टोली/मूल्याङ्कनकर्ता/फर्म द्वारा परियोजना सञ्चालन भएका क्षेत्रहरूमा स्थलगत भ्रमण, प्रमुख सरोकारवालासँग अन्तर्वार्ता, समूह छलफल, लाभग्राहीसँग परामर्श तथा आवश्यक दस्तावेजहरूको समीक्षा गरिनेछ। यस प्रक्रियामा स्थानीय सरकार, सरकारी निकाय, मानव अधिकार रक्षक, नागरिक समाज संस्था, सञ्चारकर्मी, समुदायका प्रतिनिधि तथा प्रत्यक्ष लाभग्राहीहरूको सहभागिता रहनेछ।

अतः परियोजनासँग सम्बन्धित सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवाला निकाय, साझेदार संस्था, लाभग्राही तथा समुदायका सदस्यहरूलाई मूल्याङ्कन प्रक्रियामा सक्रिय सहभागी गरार्इ आवश्यक सूचना, तथ्याङ्क, अनुभव तथा सुझाव संकलन गरी अन्तिम मूल्याँकन गरिदिनु हुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गरिन्छ।

मूल्याङ्कन टोली/मूल्याङ्कनकर्ता/फर्मको योग्यताः 

• विभिन्न संघ संस्थाहरू द्वारा संचालित परियोजनाहरूको कम्तीमा ५ वर्ष मूल्याँकन गरेको अनुभव
• मूल्याँकनकर्ताहरूको व्यक्तिगत विवरण

मूल्याङ्कन अवधि: १२ जून देखि २२ जून २०२६ सम्म

नोटः

• इच्छुक मूल्याङ्कन टोली/मूल्याङ्कनकर्ता/फर्मले, मिति २०८३ जेष्ठ २७ गते (१० जून २०२६) साँझ ५:०० बजेभित्र आर्थिक तथा प्रशासनिक प्रस्तावना पत्र अनिवार्य रूपमा पेश गरिसक्नुपर्नेछ । उल्लिखित मिति तथा समयपश्चात प्राप्त हुने प्रस्तावहरू स्वतः अमान्य मानिनेछन् र त्यसमाथि कुनै कारबाही गरिने छैन ।
• TOR तथा आर्थिक एवं प्रशासनिक प्रस्तावना पत्र माहुरी होमबाट तल उल्लेखित इमेलमार्फत प्राप्त गर्न सकिनेछ ।

NOTICE FOR FINAL EVALUATION

Date: 4 June 2026 (2083 Jestha 21)

The Madhesh Human Rights Home (MAHURI Home), in partnership with Peace Brigades International Nepal (PBI Nepal), has been implementing the “SAMRAKCHAN Project” in Buddhabhumi Municipality of Kapilvastu District, Rapti Rural Municipality of Dang District, and Baijanath Rural Municipality of Banke District. The project has been working to promote and protect the human rights of minority and marginalized communities through activities related to access to justice, capacity building, human rights advocacy, and social inclusion.

As the project is approaching the final phase of its implementation period, a Final Evaluation will be conducted to assess the project's relevance, effectiveness, achievements, challenges, lessons learned, impact, and potential areas for future improvement.

During the evaluation process, the evaluation team/evaluator/consulting firm will undertake field visits to project locations, conduct interviews with key stakeholders, facilitate focus group discussions, consult with beneficiaries, and review relevant project documents. The process will involve the participation of local governments, government agencies, human rights defenders, civil society organizations, media representatives, community leaders, and direct beneficiaries.

Therefore, all stakeholders, partner organizations, beneficiaries, and community members associated with the project are kindly requested to actively participate in the evaluation process by providing relevant information, data, experiences, and recommendations to support the successful completion of the Final Evaluation.

Qualifications of the Evaluation Team/Evaluator/Firm

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in conducting evaluations of projects implemented by national and/or international organizations.
• Submission of detailed Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of the evaluators involved in the assignment.

• Interested evaluation teams/evaluators/firms are hereby invited to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals on or before 10 June 2026 by 5:00 PM. Proposals received after the stipulated deadline shall not be considered for evaluation.
