Social Development Forum (SDF) is a non-profitable organization established in 1997, determined to reduce discrimination in the terms of caste, ethnicity, gender, age and religion. SDF is registered in District Administration Office, Banke, Social Welfare Council and NGO Federation. The organization has also worked in Dailekh, Kalikot of Karnali Province and now it is working in Banke district of Lumbini Province.

SDF Banke has been implementing the HATEMALO Project in Janaki and Narainapur Rural Municipalities of Banke District in partnership with World Vision International Nepal.

Social Development Forum (SDF) hereby invites quotations from eligible and qualified suppliers/firms for the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the supply of Health Equipment under the HATEMALO Project. The selected supplier(s) will be eligible to provide health equipment on an as-needed basis during the agreement period.

Interested, qualified and experienced suppliers are requested to submit a quotation with  company registration, VAT certificate and recent year tax clearance certificate along with other signed and stamp documents as mentioned in annex through the email address: hr@sdfbanke.org.np converted in PDF file with password protected within 15 June 2026 or directly Social Development Forum, Banke project Site Office: Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city - 18, Karkadochowk, Banke.

Note: SDF reserves the right to accept or reject applicants without assigning any reasons. Telephone calls will not be entertained.
