Everest De Cargo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for young, energetic and result-oriented individuals for the following position:
POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
JOB SUMMARY: He/she will be accountable for overall administration and HR related jobs at a responsible level. The role will involve a lot of HR database input, diary management, booking meetings, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and hardcopy files.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Should be educated to Masters Level or equivalent. Graduates in HR will be an added benefit
• Should have experience of administrative work at a responsible level and have previous experience of working in HR
• Should be able to work with a minimum of supervision, determine own deadlines
• Should be able to work flexibly and on own initiative
• Respect and be able to work in a highly confidential area
• Should have strong ICT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web based It systems)
• Should have effective communication skills, both written and oral
• Should be mature, confident, pro-active organized and professional attitude
• Should have experience of working effectively in a fast moving role with competing priorities
• Should have excellent time management skills
• Should be able to work effectively as a team member
