Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration & HR Officer/Specialist to manage the company’s administrative functions and support Human Resources operations. The role involves coordinating office activities, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and delivering full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in HR processes, and the ability to work closely with both local and international teams.

This position offers exposure to multi-disciplinary projects and collaboration with technical and management teams based in Nepal and the U.S., contributing to a structured and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administration:

  • Manage all administrative tasks including office operations, facility management, local procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and office filing systems.
  • Support technical teams in project and contract management.
  • Ensure smooth communication between Nepal and U.S. offices.

Human Resources:

  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to fill positions across multiple functions.
  • Identify required skills and competencies to match organizational needs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and HR compliance.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and HR reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/sourcing.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Nepal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, indeed, and technical community platforms.
  • Microsoft 365 / MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with international teams and cross-border recruitment.
  • Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with technical roles such as Project Management, Scheduling, and various Engineering disciplines.
