Admin & Finance Assistant

Qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor degree in relevant subject with at least two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft word, excel &Tally.
  • Knowledge in saving and credit cooperative is an added advantage.
  • Must possess driving/scooter license.

Major responsibilities

  • Prepare vouchers based on the supporting documents.
  • Tax deducts and deposit.
  • Handle banking transaction like cheque/cash deposition & withdrawal.
  • Handle petty cash.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation.
  • Recording of financial and administrative records as per the organizational polices.
  • Prepare official letters, documents as needed.
  • Logistic management for meetings , workshops, trainings and other events.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Preferable: 

  • Knowledge of company registration process, account keeping, and company income tax filing, audit
