Admin and Finance Coordinator (AFC)

No of requirement:

Level: C1- C2

Salary & benefits: As per organization rules & regulations, negotiable for potential candidate.

Duty Station: Central office Kathmandu with travel/visit to project office as needed. 

Performance review renewal of contact: The employment contract will be on a yearly basis based on performance and commitment to shanti Nepal ‘vision mission;

  • Master’s degree in management (MBS/MBA) with minimum 3 years or more relevant experience in finance and accounting in NGO/INGO.
  • Have good communication and reporting skills, good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, accounting software and government current policy and procedure including taxation and SSF.

Responsible for overall financial and administrative management of organisation. This includes proper accounting, donor and government reporting, budget preparation and control, monitoring and capacity building of project staff, statutory compliance, procurement, cost allocation and control etc.
