Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial audit reports

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor bank balances

• Reconcile and submit monthly VAT reports and manage TDS payments

• Verify accuracy of expenses and maintain the daily cash book

• Reconcile debtor and creditor statements periodically

• Review financial documentation daily to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal regulations

• Coordinate with the finance team to complete accounting tasks within deadlines

• Recommend improvements to accounting procedures

• Report to senior management

• Maintain both soft and hard copies of financial records

• Handle confidential information responsibly

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or director

Education, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management (BBA/BBS) – running or completed

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (Travel and Tours industry experience preferred)

• Proficiency in TallyPrime Silver accounting software

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Candidates with a two-wheeler license and vehicle preferred

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Proficiency in English

• Willingness to relocate if necessary
