VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Stoxkarts Securities Limited, a leading stock brokerage company licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

1. IT Department (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company’s entire IT infrastructure, trading systems, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure smooth operation of NEPSE TMS (Trading Management System) and back-office systems.
• Implement IT policies in compliance with SEBON, NEPSE, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage data security, disaster recovery, and system audits.
• Lead digital transformation and system upgrades.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT management (experience in capital market/brokerage preferred).
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms, cybersecurity, and network management.

2. DEPOSITORY PARTICIPANT (DP) CUM ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SUPERVISOR (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Demat account operations, BO account opening/closure, and KYC compliance.
• Ensure compliance with CDSC and SEBON regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, CDSC, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain proper records and reporting as per regulatory requirements.
• Manage client receivables, settlements, and reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collection.
• Prepare reports related to receivables and client accounts.
• Ensure compliance with SEBON and company financial policies.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in capital market/brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of CDSC systems, capital market regulations, accounting systems and financial controls are mandatory.
• General Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Nepalese capital market and regulatory framework.
