Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts

• Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare budgets and forecasts

• Reconcile bank statements

• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with financial regulations

• Coordinate with external auditors

• Monitor project expenses and construction budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or other ERP systems)

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
