Position: Account and Administrative Officer

Required Number: 1

Work Location: Anamnagar, Kathmandu

Working Hours: 8 Hours

Salary Range: Negotiable – above 30,000

Minimum Education Qualification: Bachelor running or complete

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Major Job Duties

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily financial records, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Manage billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Handle tax-related documentation, VAT, TDS, and statutory financial compliance.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions for smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure timely salary processing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accuracy, transparency, and confidentiality of all accounting documents.

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily office operations and maintain administrative efficiency.
  • Manage office documentation, record keeping, filing systems, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, assets, and maintenance requirements.
  • Handle staff attendance, leave records, logistics, and internal communication.
  • Ensure proper coordination among departments for operational smoothness.
  • Maintain legal documents, contracts, licenses, and renewal of company registrations.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and official communications.
  • Support management in policy implementation and office discipline.
