Role Description/Purpose  

This role is responsible for managing a pipeline of opportunities to win new business and a portfolio of existing accounts to retain and grow income. It involves working with stakeholders across our Examinations business to sell solutions, support proposal and budget development, and ensure successful delivery. The individual will act as the main contact for their B2B (business to business) accounts, both internally and externally.

Role Accountabilities  

We’re seeking a driven B2B Sales professional to help shape and implement our sales strategy within a defined territory. You’ll contribute to business planning, income target setting, and use data-driven insights to inform regional decisions. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and working across teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring operational readiness, and maintaining excellence in customer experience. Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, you’ll coordinate internal stakeholders to support the full customer journey—from solution design to delivery. Strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications & Experience  

Education: University degree or equivalent in a relevant subject or discipline or experience in related field.

Certification and Professional Qualifications: Sales or Marketing qualifications 

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Sales experience to include some experience of B2B sales
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or use of similar CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs

Further Information 

Language: Fluency in both Nepali and English is required for speaking and writing.
