Position Title: Resource Person for Developing Local Curriculum

Dalit Janjati Utthan Kendra (DEUC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Resource Person to lead comprehensive consultations and develop a localized curriculum tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of Baragadhi Rural Municipality. The role involves collaboration with teachers, School Management Committees (SMCs), and municipal representatives to ensure the curriculum aligns with local realities and supports inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder consultations, including teachers, SMC members, and municipal representatives, to gather input and consensus.
• Analyze community-specific educational needs and aspirations.
• Design and develop a localized curriculum.
• Prepare comprehensive educational materials that reflect the local context and promote inclusivity.
• Facilitate workshops or meetings with stakeholders to present drafts and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum design and development, particularly in informal or community-based education.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of inclusive education practices and familiarity with the local context will be an advantage.
• Ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.

Remuneration: 

Compensation will be based on the program norms.
