WORK STATION: BREWERY: Brewery, Mukundapur, 12 Kms from Narayanghat
Position/ Title: Supply Chain Finance Controller
Department: Finance
Location: Mukundapur, Nawalparasi
Reporting Line:
Educational requirements: Masters Degree
Experience: Min 3 years in related field (Experience in FMCG is an added advantage)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of production fixed cost Budget & Estimates in coordination other departments
- Ensure correct cost booking of brewery related expenses as per COA and verify the payment for the same
- Monthly production cost analysis.
- Ensure all GRNs are raised for the month and sent on time.
- Ensure and verify material receipt as per requirement.
- Verify and ensure timely submission of vouchers.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports pertaining to brewery performance (Consumption, loss, budget variance etc)
- Monthly internal audit of store items to control variance
- Analysis of cost of items purchased locally
- Prepare monthly cost bridge and identify the upside and downside.
