IntroCept is currently looking for a passionate, attentive and highly motivated technically focused Social Media Associate.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:  

• Assisting with the planning of social marketing strategies and delivering social media campaigns to help drive traffic and engagement to the website
• Tracking social media influencers & being up to date with any social media trends
• Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
• Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over social networks
• Managing all aspects of organic & inorganic social campaigns globally including budgeting, creative briefing, campaign creation, optimization, reporting
• Ensuring best practice and optimization are implemented correctly to achieve strict ROI (Return On Investment) targets
• Build & deliver, test & learn plan to ensure results are constantly improving traffic to the website
• Managing and creating content calendars for all social media channels

Knowledge & Skills Desired: 

• A bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Computing
• Knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants
• 1+ years experience in Social media optimization, preferably working in an in-house team
• Experience in conducting reports across social media
• Understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles
• Proficient in English - creative, written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
• High attention to detail
• The ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
