SUMMARY

This position is Sales Lead Generation Specialist; involving researching, prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads (prospective clients) to support the Global Sales Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Identify and qualify sales leads according to established criteria
  • Work through lead lists, update vital lead information, and leverage digital resources to gain better understanding of prospects
  • Identify contact information - emails, phone, social media, etc of relevant contacts
  • Reach out to identified prospects via email to initiate conversation
  • Ensure a seamless transition of customer expectations and account responsibilities to the Global Sales Team
  • Provide weekly feedback and report on lead generation, prospecting and opportunities
  • Set a minimum number of appointments per month as assigned
  • Meet and exceed quota on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Provide dedicated online support to customers
  • Test product and help engineering team find bugs in product 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • An analytical thinker and a problem solver who can think outside the box 
  • Google, Linkedin and Facebook Ninja
  • Interested in world affairs and business in other countries
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills
  • Interested in startups 
  • Vibrant, fun, and energetic; a joy to be around 
  • Organized, ability to multitask, detail oriented and team player
