Junior Network /System Support Officer

Summary
Perform daily technical operations of organization, customers and associates relating to network and systems, including customer support, installation, provisioning, update, monitoring and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Implement  and maintain network infrastructure and operations
•    Perform day to day operations of organization's Network and Services
•    Perform regular maintenance, updates and upgrades
•    Maintain installation manual, user manual, and other technical documentation
•    Perform routine audit of software systems
•    Troubleshoot problems reported by users
•    Configure network devices to meet security needs and quality of service
•    Install system and software updates for existing computers, as well as hardware and peripherals
•    Assist and resolve all employees' computer problems in a timely manner
•    Provide daily, weekly, monthly and other regular updates on activities and project progress to the supervisor

Job Requirements
•    Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/related field of study
•    1+ years of IT experience
•    Sound knowledge and understanding of IP address, subnetting, routing and other network protocol along with Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Family and Active Directory
