Terms of Reference for Grants & Partnership Coordinator

Search for Common Ground (SFCG) is an international non-governmental and not for profit, conflict transformation organization. Our mission is to transform how individuals, organizations, and governments deal with conflict – away from adversarial approaches and toward cooperative solutions. Founded in 1982, SFCG has headquarters in Washington, DC in the United States and in Brussels, Belgium. SFCG has been working in Nepal since 2006 to support its conflict transformation and peacebuilding processes. 

Summary of Position: 

The Grants and Partnership Coordinator is responsible for managing the Contracts and Finance of SFCG Partner Organization and Consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·          Provide support to the partners in complying rules and regulation of SFCG, Donor and the Government

·          Ensure all the terms and condition of the contracts are executed on time

·          Ensure timely submission of financial reports from the partners with required supporting documents

·          Prepare Financial Reports of the partners ready to be uploaded in the system of SFCG

·          Support Finance Team in producing financial report for SFCG, Donor and the Government.

·          Documentation review of partner organizations

·          Financial and Administrative Capacity building of partner organizations

·          Ensuring appropriate processing for Consultancy Services

·          Support finance team during statutory audit of the organization

 Qualifications and experience: 

The ideal candidate should at least have Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Master’s Degree in Finance with atleast 3 years of working experience in managing partner organization for non-profit organizations. The candidate must have knowledge about the compliance of donor agencies like USAID and EU.
