PHP Developer

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer field with 2 yrs experience   
• Object Orientated PHP and MYSQL Web Development experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of MVC frameworks.
• PHP Frameworks  experience is highly preferable.
• Working knowledge of javascript, Jquery, Json and Ajax 
• Desirable - GIT source control, SVN as well as experience of working within a team .
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Review business requirements and develop prototypes.

Java Developer

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer field with 2 yrs experience    
• Proven experience with Java, J2ee, Core Java.
• Experience in JQuery, Java Script, JSP, Web Services, Servlets etc.
• Strong understanding and concepts of data structures, Design patterns, object oriented programming algorithms.
• Highly experienced in MVC framework like Spring.
• Experience on Hibernate/JPA, Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL Server is must.
• Experience on Web Services like SOAP,REST.
• experience with JSON/Rest and Rest security is a plus.
• experience on version controls like SVN, CVS, GITHUB.

Techinical Writer

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor Degree with Computer background    
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
• Plan, develop, organize and write user manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio.
• Able to write in explanatory styles for multiple audiences
• Able to use photographs, drawings, diagrams and charts that increase users’ understanding.

QA Engineer    

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Identify, document and manage requirements and analyze it from a business perspective.
• Develop and execute test cases.
• Design and review of Test Scenarios/Test Objectives.
• Prepare and review test cases and test data prepared by team.
• Review work products on STLC phases and document.
• Ensure quality and timely completion and delivery of the deliverables.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and self-organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Business Analyst   

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.     
• Understand the business requirements and business flows and translate them into software     requirements/specifications, user stories and development tasks.
• Assist Product Owner with Backlog grooming, user story development and prioritization.
• Analyze existing business process and identify gaps and areas of improvement.
• Experience capturing and managing business requirements, preferably in retail business domain.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers and other stakeholders for the development, maintenance and enhancement of products/projects.
• Preparing technical documentation on Application, Architecture, Interfaces, User Manuals etc as per the defined process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong, positive and can-do attitude.
