Details / requirements:
- Sound Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Computer Assembling and Operating System Installation
- Knowledge of desktop and network troubleshooting.
- Printer setup and sharing
- Email application configuration and troubleshooting
- Router, switch, Access Point, Network devices etc. setup and troubleshooting
- Training and certification courses in related field is preferred.
- Visit and provide necessary support to customers at their premises
- Able to work in pressure and sometime in odd time also.
- Ability to set priorities and work independently
- Should create reports and update to supervisor on regular basis
- Should co-ordinate with other departments for effective service delivery
- Having past experience in related field.
