RIMS-Nepal is a not-for making ,non-governmental organization committed to transform lives and living a poor and vulnerable people by managing resources, building capacity ,promoting social justice and widen collaboration .It has been established in 2001 in Dhading.

Recently, RIMS-Nepal is implementing Restoring Food and Nutrition Security and Building Resilient Livelihoods in Earthquake Affected Areas-Phase III with the financial and technical support of World Food Program (WFP) and Welt Hunger Hilfe(WHH). In order implement the programme,RIMS-Nepal is looking for the experienced and qualified candidates for the following positions with given requirements. 

Admin & Finance Officer

Minimum requirement

• Bachelors in Business studies with Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field. Candidateshaving relevant experience in using Accounting Software such as FAMAS shall be preferable.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Proper documentation of financial transaction transactions like maintaining accounting records of day to daytransaction, Prepare reports on the accounting records.
• Calculation of VAT, Tax and other deduction from the sources while making payments.
• Maintain equipment and fix assets in good running condition.
• Maintain stock books assets record book, physical verification of Inventory and Reporting.
