A reputed Montessori Kindergarten based in Bakhundol, Lalitpur.

Job Position: Montessori trained Teacher

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Teach children in a classroom at an elementary school
• Plan, evaluate, and assign lessons.
• Prepare, administer, and grade tests, listen to oral presentations, and maintain classroom discipline.
• Introduce children to basic fundamentals of mathematics, language, science, and social studies.
• Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills.
• Use play and hands-on teaching.
• Teach letter recognition, phonics, numbers, and awareness of nature and science.
• Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed.
• Create projects designed to enhance classes.
• Read and stay abreast of current topics in education.
• Utilize curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students served.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Prepare and distribute required reports.
• Observe and evaluate student's performance.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures.
• Need to take care of toddlers. 

Qualification:

• You must be at least high schoool passed and trained in montessori programs.
• You must have a very good command over written and spoken in English and Nepali languages.
• You must understand the psychology of the kids and manoeuvre accordingly.
• You must maintain a high level of hygine and present yourself in a decent attire.

Offers:

Basic salary: Nrs. 10,000-12,0000 per month (Negotiable)

Lunch: Provided by the School

Working hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (5 days a week)
