SCOPE

This is a mid-level management position and will be accountable for maintaining a professional work environment, staff supervision and administrative management. The task of front office manager can vary from managing accounting functions to handling HR issues  to managing office logistics largely depending on the Company’s needs.

DUTIES  AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Coordinate and manage logistics and office supplies
  • Manage the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments
  • Direct and coordinate the administrative and operational process as required
  • Overseeing the travel arrangements for staff including visa
  • Booking of air ticket, hotel room as per staff’s/clients requirements
  • Overseeing the office communication and business correspondences
  • Attending incoming calls and visitors
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Ability to grasp complex administrative principles and make decisions on difficult Issues
  • To work as a core member of  General Administration, Finance and HR team

COMPENTECIES

 

  • Preferably Bachelors Degree in Management
  • 2+ years related working experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to write business correspondence and carry business communication at all level
  • Multitasking with hands on experience in General Administration, Finance and HR
  • Excellent and well-developed computer skills covering Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications are critical to the success of this role
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English
  • Preferences will be given to female applicants
