Position: Chief Finance Officer

Minimum Qualification and Requirements:

• MBA/MBS/CA in the field of Finance/Accounting from recognized university.
• Minimum of  5 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in related field.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Prepare Periodic (quarterly, semiannual and annual) Financial Reports, income statement and balance sheets.
• Prepare financial statements on conformity with Nepal Financial Reporting Statements in all material respects (e.g. Balance Sheet, income statement, cash flow Notes, etc.)
• Take appropriate measures to comply withholding requirement submission of VAT returns and relevant compliances as required in income Tax TDS, VAT and retirement contribution.
• Expert user of accounting software and its operations.(Specially in Tally)
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
• Knowledge of HR would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Nepali; strong written and oral communications skills
