Nepal Marathon is a sports media, tourism, and community engagement platform dedicated to promoting running and endurance sports through storytelling, digital media, and community initiatives. As the media and community engagement subsidiary of Race Timing Nepal, it connects runners, events, brands, and destinations while supporting the growth of Nepal's running ecosystem. We produce high-quality documentaries, event coverage, athlete stories, promotional campaigns, and digital content that showcase Nepal's growing running ecosystem.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and creative Full-Time Video Editor to join our team and help bring our stories to life.

Job Summary

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, documentaries, promotional campaigns, and corporate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to produce engaging content while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content.

• Edit documentaries, interviews, race highlights, promotional videos, and corporate projects.

• Organize and manage video footage efficiently.

• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics where required.

• Create engaging reels and promotional videos optimized for social media.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop creative concepts.

• Ensure consistency in Nepal Marathon's visual identity and storytelling style.

• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

• Assist during major event coverage when required.

Required Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with exceptional editing skills are encouraged to apply.

• Relevant work experience in video editing is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe( Premiere Pro and After Effects) or Final Cut Pro.

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of video storytelling and pacing.

• Knowledge of audio mixing and color grading.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Working Hours

• Full-Time

• Six working days per week
